Review

The Viper MK3 is a very agile bait boat despite its size. It can reach those hard to reach places that other boats cannot reach anymore. With a 2.5kg bait capacity, the Viper MK3 can last longer compared to those with smaller hoppers, thus saves you a lot of time while fishing. This bait boat also comes with a cover that keeps your bait dry and free from prying swans.

The Viper MK3 uses a unique jet pump system that does not get tangled in weeds and does not get bent. In the box comes everything you need to get started – battery meter, carry bag, 5 watt solar panel, boat and handset battery charger, hopper cover, navigation lights, and Fuataba handset. Simply put, just place the batteries in and you’re off to go!

Don’t get deceived by how sleek the Viper MK3 looks – it is also very tough and sturdy thanks to the glossy acrylic capped ABS. Plus, since the Viper MK3 uses LED lights, these consume less battery power compared to other forms of light.

Verdict

Pro’s: If you are an avid fishing fan and take things seriously, the Viper MK3 is really worth the investment. In terms of agility, design, fish finding capabilities, and bait storage, it is well worth its price.

Con’s: The Viper MK3 is quite expensive compared to its brother the Viper Icon Bait Boat.
